Lesson 11: Do Chashmi Hai
As you learned in the Alphabet lesson, Do chashmi hai, is one of the letters in the Urdu language. In this lesson, you will see that this letter is only used in conjunction with other letters, not by itself. The combination of a letter plus Do chashmi hai produces a sound that has come into Urdu from the Hindi language. There are eleven combinations, you will learn all of them and their uses in words and sentences.
